On this renovation we removed an existing deck and floor system. We left the roof and built a new deck under it. We built 2 retaining walls to create some usable space for a patio with a fire pit. We used custom hog wire in place of standard 2×2 wooden pickets.

We removed a window and installed a set of French doors in its place and also replaced the main back door with a set of French doors as well.

We replaced a few places of siding around the house that were really damaged before we painted the entire house and installed new gutters.
