CARPENTRY
Jefferson Kitchen
This was an original 1980s kitchen with a floor that had been replaced only a few years prior. The previous floor installation was not done properly and we were hired to fix the cracking tiles as well as replace the entire kitchen.
We engineered a solution that involved reinforcing the floor system with blocking and changing the subfloor to an engineered 3/4” tongue and groove OSB product with glue on the joists and screws to hold the decking in place. We installed new backer and tile, new drywall in the ceiling with new electrical for the recess lights, hanging fixtures, and led under cabinet lights.
We also added new cabinets, new wooden countertops, new appliances, new windows and doors, and new flooring.
