At this home, we added a concrete patio large enough to accommodate new usable outdoor space that included a hot tub. We then covered the patio with a roof. We removed a load bearing column and added a structural beam to widen the footprint of the porch.

This porch came with a flat ceiling that has LED recessed lights and 2 fans. We added a receptacle near the top to allow for cafe lights and we added two flood lights.

We also painted the entire house and upgraded the gutters to new, bigger gutters.
