The homeowners needed a garage, storage, and a screened porch. We built a garage with a storage room on one side and a screened porch on the other, incorporating custom concrete work and a 26-foot beam to support a 2500 truck, Jeep, and Gator.

The storage room has three enclosed sides with a screened back, while the screened porch features exposed rafters, a v-groove ceiling, and a custom 6×6 railing with integrated screens. We also prewired the garage for a TV and lighting, adding LED ceiling lights for ambient nighttime illumination.

This project added 1,200 square feet of functional space.
