How We Made It Happen
We removed and replaced all of the exterior of the home. The original design had sections of glass glued to the roof with butyl that we changed out for a modern skylight. The roof needed to be reframed to allow the skylight integration. We also had to reframe the primary bathroom wall when we removed the old aluminum sliding door with fixed glass sidelights to allow for the new 3 panel vinyl slider.
We built and installed sheathing, siding, windows, deck and front porch, roof, vinyl doors, gutters, and paint at this home.
