This custom accessory structure transformed a simple fire pit area into a versatile gym and office space. We started by clearing the site with care and protecting the surrounding yard, then poured a 15×18 concrete slab with a front porch featuring a stamped finish. The structure was framed with a pony wall to divide the space, clad in lap siding to match the home, and topped with a shingled roof and seamless gutters.

Inside, we installed drywall, trim, and four custom windows for natural light. The space stays comfortable year-round thanks to mini-split HVAC and full insulation. A stylish double door adds the final welcoming touch. Painted inside and out, this backyard addition blends function and charm—perfect for work, workouts, or relaxation.
