At this home, we added a concrete pad below the porch and reframed the walls above and below the existing floor to create a conditioned space. On both the exterior and interior, we added finishes to make the new space aesthetically match the rest of the home.

Before the remodel, this screened-in porch provided a functional but weather-exposed space. The area was used as a play zone and storage space, with limited protection from the elements. The exterior showed an elevated structure with open-air access underneath, making it susceptible to moisture and debris buildup. The overall setup lacked insulation and year-round usability.
