The homeowners wanted to enclose their two-story covered deck for year-round use, envisioning a bright space with large windows. We delivered with an engineered wall of windows, supported by a pier footing system. Our team modified the floor systems, built the structure, installed siding, gutters, and paint, and completed the interior with HVAC, insulation, drywall, custom trim, tile, hardwood, and electrical—including a Cat6 line for high-speed internet. Finally, we re-routed drainage and connected new downspouts for a seamless integration.
