At this home, the owners had a two-story covered deck they wanted to enclose for more frequent use. They envisioned an inviting space with large windows, and we brought that vision to life.

Our team engineered an unobstructed wall of windows, supported by a pier footing system in one corner. We modified two floor systems, built the walls, roof, and exterior, then installed windows, siding, paint, and gutters. Indoors, we added HVAC venting, insulation, drywall, custom trim, tile, hardwood, paint, and electrical connections, including a Cat6 line for high-speed internet. Lastly, we re-routed drainage and connected the new downspouts to complete the addition seamlessly.
