This homeowner took great pride in his own work. He had rebuilt this amazing deck 25 years prior with all sorts of custom features. Unfortunately he was at a point in life where it would have been too difficult to rebuild the deck himself.

We ended up replacing a two tier deck and used composite decking, skirting and aluminum railings. We built the deck with a 2 board border and a 3 board spine that was all laced together. We built a knee wall around the perimeter of the screen porch area and added trim pieces and screens to create a screened porch.
