This remodel inspired by the home owners vision to build a beautiful and lasting deck that no one will have to repair in the future.

We started with demolishing the old deck and retaining wall. Once those were out of the way we were able to build a custom retaining wall with integrated footings to allow the deck to be built in a way that does not damage the wall.

The new deck sits on top of engineered concrete footings. The framing is all pressure treated pine and the decking is TimberTech composite decking. We used a combination of kiln dried lumber, composite and aluminum to build the rails.
