CARPENTRY

This was a deck replacement project. When we started the deck was falling apart and had rotted all the way through in a few places. We cut out the old concrete slab and added new concrete footers to support the new deck properly. The client asked us to change the layout a bit, so we extended the landing and changed the stairs to a single run instead of having a 90 degree turn.
